Altrusa International of Hamilon, Ohio Service Projects for this year include:

• Supplying our local elementary schools with needed school supplies.
• Ringing of the bells for the Salvation Army 
• Assisting Shared Harvest Food Bank in their annual mailing and newsletters.
• Sponsoring a literacy program, "Each One Teach One" in our local meeting in September of each year.
• Sponsoring International Projects:  an orphanage in the Philippines.  Members bring both personal and school supplies and we also financially support the orphanage.
• Volunteering monthly at the Salvation Army to serve meals.
• Volunteering monthly at St. Raphael's in their "Hostess Program" Sponsoring and supplying books for a library for children at St. Raphael's.
• Adult Spelling Bee held annually.
• Educators Award held annually.
• Scholarships given to High School students and non-traditional students yearly.      
• Sponsoring and supporting an International Project "Healing Hope" in Dumaguete in the Philippines.
• Assist in buying and bringing food and personal items to Serve City in Hamilton.
